With a passion for the history, architecture, and character of the homes and condominiums built in the Center of our City, I am a strong advocate for my clients. My goal is to develop a strategy that puts the needs of my clients first, and provide them with the tools to make clear decisions about their most important investment.
I first became involved in San Francisco real estate in 1996, managing investment property and consulting on construction projects to restore a Victorian Row House building. (Seismic Retrofit, Interior remodeling, exterior entry-way replacement, painting and landscape consultation). As an advocate for the first-time homebuyer, and an unbiased consultant for the owner, I pride myself on clear communication with my clients. I am able to bring a battery of contacts inside the industry along with great service providers.
Regularly striving to improve myself, I regularly attend networking sessions and trainings for real estate law, risk management, and San Francisco rent control. Keeping my clients informed of market trends and conditions, and maintaining active participation with SFAR & CAR ongoing education seminars are core to my values in this profession.
